Marble Arch Place
Perched on the corner of Hyde Park, Marble Arch Place will completely reinvigorate the area with the addition of luxury homes, retail spaces and a dramatic art installation designed by Lee Simmons. Freeholders The Portman Estate have conceived the brand new London development with renowned architect Rafael Viñoly and interior designers Millier London. The scheme consists of an 18-storey residential tower housing 54 apartments and a 7-storey commercial building providing over 95,000 sq ft of office space.
Twenty Grosvenor Square
In the heart of Mayfair, these 37 residences designed by Finchatton, in collaboration with celebrated architects Squire & Partners, take inspiration from the building’s remarkable historic past. The 3, 4 and 5 bedroom apartments include exquisite design features, classical drawing rooms, soaring ceilings, media rooms, family and professional kitchens, and separate access for staff. The project is also notable for being the first to feature services provided by Four Seasons - concierge facilities, security, housekeeping, catering, car valeting, grocery shopping and a crèche.
80 Holland Park
This boutique collection of 25 individual homes, from lateral penthouses through to duplex ‘townhouses’ and loft-style apartments, offer luxury hotel-style amenities including spa, gym and pool facilities and a private screening room. The West London development embraces Victorian tradition whilst recognising the requirements of modern living. With architecture by Lifshutz Davidson Sandilands and Studio Indigo, the project’s interiors feature renowned British designer Nina Campell and rising stars Albion Nord.

82 Mount Street
Due for completion towards the end of 2021, 82 Mount Street cites former resident Coco Chanel as the influence for its opulent interiors. Redeveloped by REDD and 1508 London, the redbrick building features four luxury apartments - three open-plan and a top floor duplex. This luxury Mayfair residence is being designed with a range of “covid-era” property features, reflecting life during and after the pandemic, including no-touch lifts and hygienic air filtration systems.
41-43 Beaufort Gardens

Hopkins Architects have been enlisted for the project.
The Broadway London
The Broadway Westminster fuses heritage and modern luxury in London’s SW1 and is set on the former site of the Metropolitan Police headquarters. The multiplex, which incorporates six towers, will introduce a new street at the heart of the development. Retail and office spaces, a public square, cafés, art, music and markets will all add to the vibrancy of this new community setting. Developers Northacre and Abu Dhabi Financial Group enlisted Squire and Partners as the project’s architects.
One of London’s most talked-about projects, Chelsea Barracks is the flagship London development of Qatari Diar. Situated in Belgravia, the exclusive address displays beautiful architecture imbued with timeless British style. The long-awaited project was master-planned collaboratively by Dixon Jones, Squire and Partners and Kim Wilkie Associates.
A Canary Wharf development from South Quays Properties, Newfoundland is a 58-storey skyscraper housing 636 apartments with dramatic views over the River Thames and the city. Also known as "The Diamond Tower", the site has been designed by renowned Mayfair-based architects, Horden Cherry Lee and structural engineers WSP.
250 City Road
This 36-storey tower designed by Foster and Partners is a landmark mixed-use development from Berkeley. Once it is complete, there will be two towers of 42 and 36 storeys, 930 apartments and a 190-room hotel, right at the centre of London’s EC1.
West End Gate
West End Gate is a 2.66 acre site on Edgware Road in the sought-after London postcode of W2. Just moments from Little Venice, residents will be privy to 24-hour concierge, a private cinema room, pool, gym and spa. The elegant collection of homes are being developed by the Berkeley Group with Squire and Partners serving as architects.
