Designed by Woulfe have been commissioned to completely renovate and refurbish a distinctive former Baptist Chapel, with spectacular panoramic views over the harbour and Kingsland Estuary.
Located in the heart of one of England’s iconic seaside towns, this unique four-bedroom home set amongst sun-soaked beaches and rolling hills, will be given a full set of luxury interior design services from Designed by Woulfe, for a returning client.

Set to complete in summer 2021, this 2,500 sq ft home will feature contemporary living spaces suitable for modern family living, including open plan spaces for entertaining, as well as distinct areas where individual family members can focus on wellness, work, or schooling.

Lighting Designer Lucy Martin of Light Now has been commissioned to work alongside Designed by Woulfe on this exciting project. Kitchen Architecture have been appointed to supply and fit a Bulthaup kitchen and quality handcrafted, traditional joinery from their Teddy Edwards collection for the boot room, utility and guest WC. Contractor NW London Projects are providing a comprehensive list of construction services for this exciting refurbishment.
