Designed by Woulfe is pleased to announce its appointment to a private residential project on Hambros Allé, located in the highly sought-after district of Hellerup, just north of central Copenhagen.
Set along one of the area’s most tree-lined avenues, the property presents an opportunity to reimagine a classic Nordic villa - balancing respect for its architectural heritage with a more refined, contemporary approach to living.
The design will focus on elevating the existing structure through considered spatial planning, enhanced flow and a carefully curated material palette. Drawing on the principles of Scandinavian design, the scheme will prioritise natural materials, craftsmanship and a sense of quiet restraint - allowing the architecture and detailing to speak for themselves.
A key part of the brief will be to introduce greater clarity and cohesion across the interior spaces, creating a home that supports both everyday living and more formal entertaining. Light, proportion and connection between rooms will be central to the approach, ensuring a sense of calm continuity throughout.
As the project develops, bespoke elements and carefully sourced pieces will be introduced to bring warmth and individuality to the interiors - resulting in a home that feels both personal and enduring.
