Designed by Woulfe is delighted to announce its appointment to a private apartment within One High Line, one of New York’s most anticipated residential developments.

Positioned along the High Line in West Chelsea, the building represents a new benchmark in contemporary urban living - combining architectural distinction with exceptional views across the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.

The project will focus on crafting a refined and highly tailored interior that responds to both the architecture of the building and its wider setting. With expansive glazing and strong structural lines, the design approach will centre on balance - softening the space through materiality, texture and carefully considered detailing, while maintaining a sense of clarity and restraint.

The scheme will explore a layered palette of natural materials, bespoke joinery and curated furnishings, creating an interior that feels both sophisticated and deeply comfortable. Particular emphasis will be placed on spatial flow and the relationship between living, entertaining and private areas - ensuring the apartment functions intuitively while retaining a sense of elegance throughout.
